Financing Options
Rock Island Sheds makes owning a high-quality shed easier with flexible payment options. To start building your structure, we require a down payment of 50% of the purchase price, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.
We accept checks and credit/debit cards, and you can combine payment methods if needed. A 2% processing fee applies to card payments, but this fee is waived for online purchases. If you prefer, you can also pay the full amount upfront.
Our goal is to provide a smooth, hassle-free purchasing experience, ensuring you get the shed you need with a payment plan that works for you.

Purchase Delivery
Your shed will be delivered by truck and trailer directly to your site. To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure the area is accessible for our equipment and that the ground is level for proper door function. We can assist with leveling up to three inches, though blocking may incur an additional charge.
We offer free delivery within 150 miles of our Versailles, Missouri location. For deliveries beyond this range, additional fees may apply.
